Vibe:Halloween Dance

Monday night, 9 of us were gathered at church for dance. What was special to me is that, it was the first all-ecfds-dance practise. The 1am dancers practise and danced in ECFD before, but 7 of the students from KDU and KBU came together wanting to put a short dance for the Halloween Party happening this 31^st October, 8pm in ECFD. Students from HELP University will be championing it! Talking about unity among the campuses!

Though I will not say they are dancers but their willing heart just to put this dance together made the whole night filled with laughters, fun, concentration, coordination was just awesome! I’m so proud of them cos all of them were so passionate!!!

We prayed and invited God to our practise and asked His blessing to coordinates the dancers. Eehhe. I’m not going to post any photos or videos just yet… If you want to see it, Come join us this 31^st October.

Where have I been lately?

just a few updates on my quiet-ness since after Passion Concert…

• Work…. have stolen some days of my emotion. I thank God for his assurance and ’support’ to pull through every day a day at a time.
• Financial Planning class… thought it is good for every person to at least go through once. I have some knowledge theoretically, now i need practical. Last Class next wed.
• God to be the Glory Performance, Shah Alam…was for charity. 1a.m dancers were blessed by them
• Steamboat dinner… with 1a.m dance team is great. By far, at my favourite chicken wing shop.
• Power prayer… was great just to have time to focus and pray for this nation
• Relationship 101… at Segi College last Wed was awesome. First time being there, it’s beautiful. Looking forward for friendship to be build. Next Wed (27th Aug)…Dating 101 (Segi College, K. Damansara, 11am-1230pm)
• Kolo mee… is still awesome. Parents are here for a weekend. It’s a nice feeling.
• Dance instructors… had 2 chats with 2 dance school owners separately in a week. Trigger my heart that reminds me on the dream I have.
• Dragon-i dinner… with Jamie and Jacinta was nice. Both of us miss each other the same time! hah!
• Friendster… is a cafe in KL that I had a business event. Was interesting talking to a 50ish successful  sales man that to him, everything is stupid.
• Wong Kok Restaurant dinner... with 5 young KBU freshies who energized me when talking to them as their curiosity of exploring life reminded me on how i should be more lively.
• Cindy… a friend from Indonesia is back here for a visit. Great catch up…Finally get to meet a good friend Chris.
• Vibe… Iron sharpens iron, true friends sharpens you. Talked bout characteristics of being a true friend. (Eph 4:25-29) I’m reminded of some friends that at one point thought me the meaning of friends by putting words into action.

Day 1 Highlight: God let me enter HK with my passport only 3 months to expiry. It was an innocent mistake. The faith of my teammates brought me through…

We checked into the hotel that brought so much comfort to me, specially the warm water shower… and it was more spacious than i thought! it’s called ACESITE HOTEL. Our lunch of Beef ball soup noodle was yummy and we proceed to register for PDHK and meet up with Albert and Serina.

This trip we are so blessed with hilarious people i.e: Albert and Serina and Sidney and Mei Fang. They brought so much joy to our trip.

Day 2 Highlight: God’s presence was in us and we minister on stage in his peace. There were really a sense of fulfillment having to deliver God’s message as we obeyed…

Day 3 Highlight: God was so good to place dancers/instructors that minister to us through the workshop. Tho it was contempt sessions, but i had a great time just getting the posture right. hah! Sides that, we were imparted spiritually…

After the workshop, we went for Seafood… and Durian Dessert. It was seriously awesome! I could feel my cholesterol hitting up! haha.. it was SO YUMMY!

Day 4 Highlight: God gave me opportunity to bring joy and hope to the home of my aunty and cousin…

I spent day 4 with my cousin whom i haven’t met for more than 10 years, and visiting my eldest uncle and wife. It was my first time meeting the aunty, and my 2 adorable nieces.

Day 5 Highlight: God favour us by giving us good weather and timely arrangements for rides.

We ended our last night with me having a speedy shopping spree for my office wear and it was really fruitful!

Day 6 Highlight: God blessed us with great flight and good sleep….

Trip highlights:

• The team bond was strengthen, we learnt bout each other more individually and where our hearts are
• God had been so vividly present throughout our trip, blessing us
• As a team, we spent nights up just talking, laughing at each other and with each other, and most of all thanking God for all that He had bring us through…
• Meeting up with random people in the Project Dance that are inspired with what we do
• Fellowship with families and friends there
• we are ready for greater adventure to bring God’s message further and deeper…
